PUNXSUTAWNEY – A Punxsutawney man is behind bars after allegedly having sexual conversations with a 15 year-old decoy.
According to police records, 27 year-old Cody Gardner, was in contact with the group 814 Pred Hunters disguised as a 15 year-old girl since mid March.
The conversations turned over to police allegedly showed Gardner talking to the known underage girl about sexual matters, even asking for pictures at one point. When asked, Gardner refused to meet the decoy ultimately blocking the account.
Since then police have arrested Gardner on multiple sexual assault charges and taken to the Jefferson County Jail.
