DUBOIS – A proposed rezoning of 333 West Long Avenue into a skills games facility has been denied by lawmakers.
We previously reported that Dustin Quigley, who currently operates a skill game business at 12 East Long Avenue, submitted an application to rezone the building.
City Solicitor Matt Geig recommended that since no evidence has been given that Quigley would meet all correct zoning agreements, that the municipality should deny the zoning request.
