CLEARFIELD – Felony criminal mischief charges have been filed against a Falls Creek man for allegedly causing more than $8,000 in damage to a woman’s vehicle.
According to court documents, 39-year-old Joshua Petrini is accused of “ramming” the victim’s car into a fence with his vehicle following a verbal argument. Police say the incident happened in a private driveway in Penfield.
In addition to criminal mischief, Petrini has also been charged with disorderly conduct. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 30th.
