WINSLOW TWP. – A DuBois man is facing criminal mischief and harassment charges for allegedly damaging two pickup trucks in Jefferson County.
According to court documents, 35-year-old Derek Bowser is accused of smashing two windshields and a driver’s side window, causing more than 12-hundred dollars in damages.
The victim told State Police that he heard smashing sounds outside of his Winslow Township residence earlier this month, and when he went to the door he saw Bowser smashing the windows.
A preliminary hearing for Bowser is scheduled for September 10th.
