CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield County man has been sentenced to four years of probation for his role in the theft of more than $17,000 from an ATM.
According to court documents, 30-year-old Damion McGary of Curwensville pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy, criminal trespass, and receiving stolen property. McGary, and 35-year-old Shad Bloom, were both charged in connection with the theft from an ATM located at a Curwensville convenience store last year. Bloom was give a one-to-six year state prison sentence in July.
McGary admitted that he assisted Bloom with the theft by being a look-out, and that he drove Bloom to and from the scene.
