PUNXSUTAWNEY – A preliminary hearing is scheduled tomorrow, Thursday, for a Jefferson County man who allegedly assaulted a juvenile girl sexually.
Two felonies and three misdemeanors have been filed against 33-year-old Jonathan Miller of Punxsutawney.
According to court documents, Miller is accused of assaulting the child two years ago at a Porter Township residence. The victim’s parents brought the accusations forward.
Charges against Miller include corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Miller is currently free after posting $50,000 bail.
