DUBOIS – Congratulations to the DuBois Rotary Club for being in the Priority First Federal Credit Union’s “Community Spotlight” for the month of March.
The motto of Rotary is “Service Above Self,” and the main objective of Rotarians is to serve in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world.
The annual fundraiser of the DuBois Rotary Club is the radio auction, which was featured on Sunny 106 this past Saturday. Nearly $30,000 was raised in the auction, and all of the money will be invested back into the community through grants to local organizations, higher education scholarships for high school students, and tuition to send students to Rotary Youth Leadership training.
