Hyde man jailed, facing multiple drug charges

CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield County man has been arrested and charged with multiple drug crimes.

According to court documents, 38-year-old John Jefferson II, of Hyde is facing three felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance after pounds of crystal meth and marijuana, plus more than 300 ecstasy pills were allegedly found in his residence. Clearfield Regional Police and State Parole officers reportedly found the drugs earlier this week.

Jefferson is being held in the Clearfield County Jail with bail set at $100,000. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday .
