Dodson pleads guilty in DuBois shooting case

CLEARFIELD – A former police officer and sheriff’s deputy accused of shooting a man at Invictus in DuBois nearly a year ago has pleaded guilty to a pair of felonies.

According to the Clearfield County District Attorney’s Office, 28-year-old Zachery Dodson admitted guilt to aggravated assault and terroristic threats charges on Wednesday.

Last February’s shooting caused serious face, neck, and jaw injuries to a DuBois man, Ani Myrtaj.

Dodson’s sentencing is scheduled for February 14th.
