CLEARFIELD – Indecent assault and corruption of minors charges have been filed against a Clearfield County man who is accused of inappropriately touching a teenager.
According to court documents, 55-year-old Dennis Weld of Philipsburg allegedly assaulted the 17-year-old girl at his West Decatur Township residence in October. During an interview with the State Police, Weld denied the accusations.
Weld is free after posting $10,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 7th.
