DuBois woman jailed, charged with child endangerment and drug possession

DUBOIS – Drug possession and child endangerment charges have been filed against a DuBois woman.

According to court documents, 37-year-old Megan Riley is in the Clearfield County Jail after bags of methamphetamine were found in the apartment where she was caring for a young child.

Officers with the DuBois City Police Department’s Drug and Vice Unit say a search warrant was obtained when Riley became a primary suspect in their investigation. During the search, officers allegedly found a bag of suspected meth on the living room couch within reach of the young child.

Following her arraignment, Riley was taken to the county jail where she is currently held on $100,000 bail.
