CLEARFIELD — Aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors charges have been filed against a 35-year-old Clearfield County man.
Clearfield Regional Police say they arrested Lance Spencer on those charges last week following a months-long investigation.
According to court documents, Spencer is accused of sexually assaulting two pre-teen children.
On Monday, Spencer reportedly posted a $25,000 bail bond and he was released from the Clearfield County Jail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 24th.
