JOHNSTOWN — A Clearfield County man is facing 15 years to life in prison after pleading guilty to federal drug and firearms crimes.
According to court documents, 50-year-old Brian Gidney of Mineral Springs plead guilty this week to buying and selling methamphetamine, and illegally possessing a gun as a convicted felon.
The U.S. Justice Department accused Gidney of having and distributing more than 500 grams of meth in 2019 and 2020.
Gidney’s sentencing is scheduled for May. In addition to the 15 year-to-life prison sentence, Gidley could also face over $10-million in fines.
