DUBOIS – Just ahead of today’s reorganizational meeting for the City of DuBois government, Solicitor Toni Cherry has reportedly resigned. According to sources, Tom Breth will serve as interim city solicitor until further action is taken at the reorganizational meeting scheduled for 11 this morning.
