DUBOIS – Charges of driving under the influence of drugs and child endangerment have been filed against a 25-year-old Jefferson County woman.
According to court documents and Sandy Township Police, Breanna Runyan of Brockway tested positive for having six different drugs in her system, including fentanyl and methamphetamine, after she was arrested in October.
Police say Runyan drove her Jeep into mud and got stuck near Falls Creek while she reportedly had two young children in her car. Runyan is also alleged to have pulled drugs and drug paraphernalia from her pockets during the incident.
A preliminary hearing has been waived, so her case will advance to county court.
Runyan was released from the Clearfield County Jail last week when a $50,000 unsecured bail was posted.
