Clearfield County man receives federal sentence for drug crimes

JOHNSTOWN – A federal judge has sentenced a Clearfield County man to serve more than seven years in prison for drug crimes.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office, 33-year old Jacob Troxell of Coalport will serve an 87-month federal prison term for possession of more than 50 grams of methamphetamine during a drug bust four years ago.

Following his prison time,Troxell will have four years of supervised release,
