BROOKVILLE — Aggravated assault and related charges have been filed against a 35-year-old man in Jefferson County following a domestic violence incident in Brookville.
According to court documents, Jeremiah Hinderliter of Leeper is accused of biting, choking, hitting, and pulling the hair of the female victim.
Police say the victim was treated at Penn Highlands Brookville for injuries Hinderliter allegedly caused to her knee, face, neck, and shoulder.
Hinderliter is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail with his bail set at $50,000. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 11th.
