CLEARFIELD – A 37-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges in Clearfield County for the alleged sexual assault of a young girl in Curwensville.
State Police say Mark Juart, now an Indiana County resident, is accused of molesting the preteen victim several years ago while he was living in Clearfield County.
Juart is also facing indecent assault and harassment charges for allegedly abusing a young girl recently in Indiana County.
According to court documents, Juart is currently serving up to seven years in state prison for assault, strangulation, and child endangerment charges in two separate cases that were filed in 2020.
