CLEARFIELD – A case of drug-related charges against a Clearfield man will be moving into county court.
According to court documents, 23-year-old Devin Luzier waived his rights to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
Clearfield Regional Police say they found a total of 50 grams of methamphetamine, more than 30 grams of marijuana, and various drug paraphernalia in Luzier’s possession in September.
A follow-up search of Luzier’s phone allegedly revealed multiple messages about drug sales.
Luzier is currently being held in the Clearfield County Jail with bail set at $250,000.
