PUNXSUTAWNEY – An Elk County man has been charged with harassment after allegedly threatening to kill his estranged wife and burn her house down.
According to court documents in Jefferson County, 31-year-old Derick Agnello of Kersey has reportedly been calling the victim around 50 times a day since their separation last month.
A preliminary hearing for Agnello has not yet been scheduled.
