ST. MARYS — A 27-year-old man is in the Elk County Jail facing charges of selling a woman the drugs that reportedly killed her.
Police say Jesse Weis is accused of dealing the heroin and fentanyl to the 24-year-old victim who was found dead at a St. Marys home in September.
During the investigation, Weis allegedly admitted to police that not only did he sell the drugs to the woman, he also watched her inject them with a syringe and then walked her home.
There will be a preliminary hearing for Weis on multiple drug charges on Tuesday.
