CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield man has been sentenced to nine months-to-five years in state prison on corruption of minors and indecent exposure charges.
According to court documents, 52-year-old Richard English pleaded guilty to the charges this week.
English was accused of fondling a 14-year-old girl and forcefully kissing her, plus offering to buy her a swimsuit.
The original charges against English had included unlawful sexual contact with a minor and indecent assault.
