JEFFERSON COUNTY, PA – More information has been released on an Indiana County man who led local police on a 20-mile chase in Jefferson County last month.
Police attempted to pull over 20-year old Logan Wells for a traffic stop in Oliver Township when he led police on a chase with speeds in excess of 120 MPH. Once police caught up with this he told them he had a THC vape cartridge and vape pen in the vehicle, both were found under and near the driver’s seat.
Charges filed included: Fleeing police, use and or possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, careless and reckless driving, and an expired registration. His prelimiary hearing is set for Tuesday, July 26th.
