Curwensville, PA – A Philipsburg man is facing charges for allegedly attacking a female bicyclist in Curwensville this week.
The man’s name has not been released, but according to the report he attacked the female with a stick when she rode her bike past him on Rails to Trails causing both face and head injuries.
The man reportedly fled the scene after the incident.
When police caught up with him they found a prohibited weapon.
He was charged with assault and resisting arrest.
