Jefferson County, PA – Congratulations to Jeffery Billett of Punxsutawney, the co-winner of the PA Wild’s Big Idea Innovation Competition.
Billett, the owner of Billett Electric, entered the contest with his multiple source grounding facilitation system that provides safe and reliable grounding and bonding connections.
He will share the $50,000 cash prize with co-winner Esperanzo Wilcox of Clarion and his PA Mushroom Company based in Clarion County.
