DuBois, PA – The Juniata Elementary School in the DuBois Area School District will be closed for the next three days to do deep cleaning after four people within the building have tested positive within a rolling 14-day period.

The school building will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 4 and Friday, Feb. 5.

The elementary school will send home breakfast and lunches today, to help ensure that every student has enough to eat even when they are not in school.

The number of COVID-19 cases in a 14-day period has reached a level at which, according to CDC recommendations, requires a temporary 3-day closure.

If you have questions about your child’s classes, please reach out directly to the Juniata Elementary School and check your phone or voicemail for messages with instructions for your student.
