RURAL VALLEY – A woman is facing multiple charges for her alleged connection in the murder and coverup of her husband’s murder in late September.
We originally reported that 56 year-old David Kimberly was reported missing on September 28th with his wife, 54 year-old Jennifer Kimberly claiming that he left five days prior after she asked for a divorce.
On October 12th police then discovered his van in a wooded area concealed to blend in.
33 year-old Cody Weiland allegedly confessed to shooting David and moving the body. He was found in Jennifer’s basement.
She allegedly admitted to knowing about the crime and helped cover it up. She is now being charged with tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse. Both are in the Armstrong County Jail.
