UNDATED – Local gas price averages are still sitting over four dollars.
According to AAA, Jefferson County is at the lowest average gas price, at $4.06 dollars a gallon, down five cents from last week.
Clearfield County went down seven cents to an average of $4.11 dollars.
Elk County remained the same at $4.18 dollars a gallon.
Statewide averages went up two cents to $4.21 dollars.
