UNDATED – Local gas prices have begun to drop below $4 dollars a gallon.
According to AAA, Elk County continues to have the lowest gas prices, dropping 11 cents from last week to $3.98 dollars.
Jefferson County went down 14 cents to $4.03 dollars per gallon.
Clearfield County has the highest average, going down 10 cents to $4.06 dollars.
Statewide averages went up one cent to $3.99 dollars.
