ST MARYS – A St Marys Attorney has been permanently disbarred after state officials say he failed his clients and crossed ethical lines.
According to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Christopher Martini was disbarred effective April 27th. Court filings showed a pattern of missed deadlines, incomplete filings, and failure to inform clients when their appeals were dismissed.
The court also found that Martini engaged in misconduct with female clients, requesting sexually explicit images, and in some cases paying for them or offering legal service in exchange
Officials say this behavior showed a continued failure to provide competent representation leading to his disbarment.
