DUBOIS –In a letter to the Clearfield County DA, the Deputy Attorney General confirmed that the investigation into former DuBois Police Chief Blane Clark has been closed.

While Clark will not be charged by the AGs Office, they did say they found “substantiated concerns relating to internal policy violations, overall sub-par police work, and a lack of understanding of basic legal practices.”

They also said there was not enough evidence of any crime to place charges. Last year in early March, the City Council placed Clark on administrative leave.
