DUBOIS – The first City Manager of the newly consolidated City of DuBois says his top priority is bringing the newly consolidated city together.
Joe Fleming, who previously managed St. Marys after its own municipal consolidation, says bringing together the former City of DuBois and Sandy Township will take time and patience.
“We’re all here as one,” explained Fleming. And so, moving forth to making sure that whatever policies or decisions are made, that it affects all of the city and not just a certain few.”
Fleming also says you’ll also see him out in the community as he works to strengthen the new City of DuBois.
