JOHNSONBURG – Few details are available as an investigation continues into the police shooting death of an Elk County man this week.
State Police report that 40-year-old Jacob Grebbien of Johnsonburg was shot and killed during a standoff.
According to court documents, terroristic threat charges had been filed against Grebbien on Wednesday.
The State Police and Elk County District Attorney’ Office are investigating to determine if the shooting was justified.
