DUBOIS – A DuBois man will be spending up to nine years in State Prison after pleading guilty to arson.
In September 30 year-old Brandon Collins was accused of building an explosive device using a 55 gallon barrel filled with propane.
In December, Collins had barricaded himself in his home claiming explosives were inside, causing a multi-hour standoff with police.
He has now plead guilty to arson and risking catastrophe and has been sentenced to spend between 36 months and nine years in State Prison
