DUBOIS – A DuBois man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly building a homemade bomb Monday.
Officers with the Sandy Township Police Department respond to a reported dispute between a man and 29 year-old Brandon Collins. After investigation, police learned that Collins was allegedly building and setting off explosives.
When questioning Collins, police noticed a 55 gallon barrel that appeared to be a part of an explosive device. Collins then reportedly told police that the barrel was filled with propane and when ignited the lid blew off.
