Clearfield County Commissioners Criticize Penelec for Outage

SHARE NOW

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Commissioners are calling out Penelec for a lack of advance notice for maintenance that disrupted residents, businesses, and county services.

The Commissioners say that they received notice of the power outage less than 24 hours before work began, forcing the courthouse, annex, and administrative building to close.

They also said that the shot notice made it difficult to alert the public of the change.
