BROOKVILLE – Fusion Atelier in downtown Brookville has expanded, bringing in 46 Acres Olive Oil to their Main Street location.
Owners Christine Hoffman and Bill Stein tell us that they’ve taken over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar business from friends who retired, combining it with their existing business and CREATE Brookville space.
The move also brings them back into the food business after previously operating a café in Brookville.
“We were made for this,” stated Stein.
“It allows us to keep our hands in food without being stuck in the kitchen, quite honestly,” explained Hoffman
Fusion Atelier is at 185 Main Street and is open Thursday through Saturday from 11am to 5pm.
