UNDATED – Local gas prices have shot back up.
According to AAA, Jefferson County has the lowest average gas price, going up 17 cents to $4.43 dollars.
Elk County went up 18 cents to $4.45 dollars.
Clearfield County has the highest average at $4.49 dollars a gallon, up 12 cents from last week.
Statewide averages went up 16 cents to $4.45 dollars a gallon.
