LUTHERSBURG – More information is available about a fatal multi-vehicle crash near Luthersburg late Wednesday afternoon.
According to state police, at around 4:46pm a Nissan Rogue was traveling eastbound on Carson Hill Road in Brady Township when they crossed into the westbound lane striking a motorcycle.
The crash killed both occupants of the motorcycle, 34 year-old Anthony Sones, and 30 year-old Miranda Wormuth. Police did note that Sones’ helmet was used improperly and Wormuth used no safety equipment
The Nissan driver, 55 year-old Bernadette Cobb of Brick New Jersey has been charged with careless driving – unintentional death. No other injuries were reported.
