CLEARFIELD – Another member of the Clearfield Borough Council has resigned.
At last week’s meeting, First Ward Councilman William Armstrong raised concerns about the borough’s recent performance, criticizing budget oversight and saying it has left taxpayers facing the financial consequences.
Armstrong later submitted his resignation from council, which was accepted during the meeting.
He is the third council member to resign in the past month.
