UNDATED – A cellphone ban while behind the wheel will allow police to fine you beginning June 6th.

“Paul Miller’s Law” was first enacted one year ago, originally giving drivers warnings when using a cell phone behind the wheel, even if stopped.

Now, police will be able to enforce the law and fine you $50 dollars per infraction.
