UNDATED – Local average gas prices are creeping towards four dollars a gallon.
According to AAA, Jefferson County is still the lowest average at $3.85 dollars a gallon, up 22 cents.
Clearfield County went up 19 cents to $3.94 dollars.
In Elk County prices are the highest at $3.98 dollars a gallon, up 19 cents.
Statewide averages went up 13 cents to $3.95 dollars.
