UNDATED – Local average gas prices are starting to go down.
According to AAA, Jefferson County is at the lowest average, down six cents to $3.07 dollars a gallon.
Clearfield County went down only a cent to an average of $3.23 dollars.
Elk County is at the highest average at $3.28 dollars a gallon, down five cents from last week.
Statewide averages went down three cents to $3.10 dollars.
