CLEARFIELD – In anticipation of heavy snow and ice this weekend, a snow emergency has been declared for Clearfield.
From 10am Saturday to 8am Monday, you are asked to use off street parking to make way for plows, clear off fire hydrants, ensure your heating sources are functioning, clear sidewalks and driveways, and assist your neighbors.
In addition to the snow emergency, the Clearfield Fire Department will be used as a warming station beginning Friday at 8pm through noon Tuesday.
If you are without power, call the Fire Department to arrange overnight shelter.
