UNDATED – Gas prices are going back up.
According to AAA, Jefferson County went up the most, going up nine cents to an average price of $3.10 dollars.
Clearfield County went up seven cents to $3.20 dollars.
Elk County is at the highest average going up five cents to $3.28 dollars a gallon.
Statewide, averages went up one cent to $3.02 dollars.
