DUBOIS – A powerful sense of unity filled the DuBois City Park Sunday evening as hundreds came together to honor the life of Charlie Kirk.

Nearly 400 candles were prepared as, the community stood together in hope, grief, and solidarity in song and heartfelt speeches denouncing violence and celebrating Kirk’s legacy.

“I think it is a good thing to show support, not just nationally, but here locally for what Charlie Kirk did,“ explained Pastor James Goodman. “What we’re standing here for is for the gospel of Jesus Christ and the truth that Charlie Kirk stood for.”

Charlie Kirk was shot and killed on September 10th while speaking in Utah.
