KARTHAUS – Quehanna Boot Camp in Karthaus and SCI Rockview in Bellefonte will close over the next four months
This all stems from a recommendation by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections to close the two locations to save the department millions.
This closure would impact 234 staff members at Quehanna, and 658 staff members at SCI Rockview.
Those affected will be offered positions at other facilities as these two close their doors for good.
