ELK COUNTY – The Elk County Fair kicks off in Kersey today.
Everything begins at 4pm as the fair opens for Senior Citizen Night, Adults 65 and older have $5 dollar admission.
Carnival rides and games open at 5pm with the opening ceremony and queen crowning at 6pm.
Everything comes to a close at 9:30pm with a fireworks show.
