JOHNSONBURG – A Johnsonburg man is behind bars after he allegedly sexually assaulted a minor.
In February a teenage girl told police that she was allegedly sexually assaulted by 20 year-old Ernesto Fonseca. She claimed that he made advances on her even after being told no multiple times.
When police questioned Fonseca, he denied the assault but also said he had nothing to add to his defense.
He is now at the Elk County Jail facing multiple indecent assault charges.
