CLEARFIELD – A 41 year-old Clearfield man is facing over 1,200 charges after allegedly having sex with a 12 year-old girl over an eight month period.
According to police a friend of the victim saw an inappropriate text from 41 year-old Robert Hanna, the friend told their parents who then contacted authorities.
After an investigation and multiple interviews with the victim and Hanna where they denied any sexual relationship, the victim allegedly admitted to having sex with him over an eight month timespan.
Hanna is now facing 1,251 charges of indecent assault without consent, corruption of minors, aggravated assault, statutory sexual assault, rape of a child, and many more.
He is currently at the Clearfield County Jail awaiting a March 26th preliminary hearing.
